Fannie Mae recently announced an increase in rates for properties located in the States of Florida, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio and Pennsylvania, which became effective October 1, 2011 (Fannie Mae Announcement SVC-2011-16). To remain consistent, WWR Real Estate Default Group fees will be going up as well in those states.
