WWR Partner Selected for DS News Editorial Advisory Board

Frank J. Veneziano, managing partner of the Real Estate Default Group of Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A. (WWR) located in the Cincinnati office was recently selected for the DS News Editorial Advisory Board.

Mr. Veneziano will help direct the editorial focus of DS News Magazine and provide insights on real estate default and loss mitigation matters. “I’m very excited to be contributing my experience and ideas to DS News," said Mr. Veneziano. “Over the years I’ve found the magazine to be a great asset to our industry, and join the challenge to provide meaningful commentary to our partners.”  The Editorial Advisory Board helps maintain accurate, widespread and comprehensive industry reporting that encompasses the complete, technical and diverse philosophical views of the readership.

With over 20 years of experience, Frank concentrates on real estate default services including new loss mitigation initiatives litigation & defense, bankruptcy and foreclosure. His innovative approach focuses on customer service and performance excellence. Frank earned his JD from the University of Cincinnati Law School and his BA from Ohio Wesleyan University. A member of the Ohio and Cincinnati Bar Associations, Frank is licensed in the State of Ohio and admitted to practice before the US District Court (Southern District of OH). He is a proud member of the American Legal & Financial Network, California Mortgage Bankers Association, Default Attorney Group, DS News Legal League 100, Fannie Mae Retained Attorney Network, Mortgage Bankers Association and Texas Mortgage Bankers Association. He is a frequent lecturer on real estate related issues and was highlighted in the September 2007 issue of DS News Magazine feature story, “Rx for Troubled Borrowers: An Ohio Firm’s Pilot Project Prescribes a New Foreclosure Process That Seeks a Workout Cure”.
