Joshua D. Miron will focus on foreclosure services as he joins the REDG Ft. Lauderdale, FL office with previous experience with complex commercial litigation matters with an emphasis on real estate, construction and commercial foreclosure disputes. Mr. Miron earned his JD from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in 2001 and his BS in Criminal Justice from Florida State University in 1996. A member of the Broward County Bar Association, Mr. Miron is licensed in the state courts of Florida. He is admitted to practice before the US District Court (Northern & Southern Districts of FL). Mr. Miron is a member of the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors, is an appointed member of the Florida Bar Standing Committee on Professionalism and the City of Ft. Lauderdale Code Enforcement Board. Furthermore, he is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and a Board Member of the Broward County YMCA Children's Advocacy Center. Helen M. Roper will also concentrate on foreclosure services within the REDG Ft. Lauderdale, FL office. She brings over 25 years of experience in private practice with an emphasis on real estate law and foreclosures, title examination, title insurance and related matters. Ms. Roper earned her JD from Nova University School of Law in 1980 and her BA in Industrial Relations from the University of the West Indies in 1962. Furthermore, she earned her Barrister of Law from the Council of Legal Education in London, England in 1966. A member of the Florida and Caribbean Bar Associations, Ms. Roper is licensed in the state courts of Florida. She is admitted to practice before the US District Court (Southern District of FL).
