The Real Estate Default Group (REDG) of Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A. (WWR), the nation’s largest creditors’ rights law firm based on revenue and placements according to Collections & Credit Risk magazine, is pleased to welcome new associate, Kimberly A. Plunkett.

Kimberly Plunkett will concentrate on foreclosure and eviction services as she joins the REDG Ft. Lauderdale, Florida office. Ms. Plunkett earned her B. S. in Legal Studies (with distinction) from Nova Southeastern University in 1997, and her J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2008 (Articles Editor, St. Thomas University Law Review). A member of the Florida Bar, Ms. Plunkett is licensed in Florida. Her community involvement includes volunteering for the Florida Guardian Ad Litem Program, 17th Judicial Circuit.
