Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A. (WWR) is pleased to welcome new associate Arthur D. Smialek.  Mr. Smialek will serve as Supervising Attorney of Thoroughbred Title Agency, Inc (TTA), an affiliate of WWR.

In addition to serving as the Supervising Attorney of TTA, Mr. Smialek will be working in the Real Estate Default Group and will be based in the Cleveland office.  Mr. Smialek has a B.A. in Political Science from the The Ohio State University (1972) and a J.D. from the Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.  Prior to joining WWR, he was employed as a solo practitioner.  A member of the Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations, Mr. Smialek is licensed in the state court of Ohio.  He is currently a member of The Ohio Land Title Association and the Cleveland Title Association.  Mr. Smialek serves as a volunteer in various community activities.
