Trustworthy Compliance and Data Security

Compliance
Every effort is made to ensure that the firm’s practices, policies and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with all state and federal regulations, along with any special requirements you may need from our teams and the processing of your portfolios. WWR created a dedicated in-house compliance department for review of all legal issues, regulations and industry standards as they apply to our services. We adhere to the most current privacy, data security, document destruction and compliance guidelines. Formal training and annual testing on the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act is
done with all WWR employees to emphasize the importance we place on compliance.

Security
The REDG at WWR adheres to the most current privacy, data security and compliance guidelines set forth for our industry. We fully understand the importance of protecting creditor and debtor information and follow only the strictest standards, constantly monitoring, reviewing and improving our systems and procedures to ensure that practices are appropriate and consistent.

In light of the requirements and ramifications of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act by Congress, WWR places paramount importance on the implementation and effectiveness of measures to protect the confidential information provided to us by our clients. Of equal importance is our compliance with privacy standards that our clients place upon our firm.

Our employees are familiarized with the requirements and issues related to both client and firm confidentiality and are trained to handle information responsibly in accordance with the Privacy Act and client parameters. We also maintain several physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to ensure proper handling of debtor and account information through destruction of documents, restriction of computer system access and physical security at all of our operating locations. Furthermore, WWR has implemented procedures aimed at preventing the disruption of service by maintaining a daily backup of system data, developing a disaster recovery plan and a contingency plan.

Zero Tolerance
The firm takes a Zero Tolerance approach to anyone at WWR who does not adhere to the firm’s compliance, data security and privacy confidentiality guidelines. The firm will review any violation and take appropriate action, up to and including termination. In addition, we readily agree to execute and comply with your specific confidentiality requirements, and can provide documentation to demonstrate our commitment to this issue.
