Newspaper in Ohio Suspends Publication of Foreclosure Sales

The Sheriff of Coshocton County, Ohio, recently changed to a different newspaper, The Coshocton County Beacon, for publication of the county's sheriff's sales, and a lawsuit was filed by the prior newspaper against the Beacon. The issue is currently being mediated. Due to the litigation, the Beacon has advised that it is suspending publication of legal notices, which would include notices of sheriff's sales. Read More
