Frank is the managing partner of the Real Estate Practice Group and the Cincinnati office. With over 20 years of experience, he concentrates on litigation and foreclosure services, leading the firm’s efforts in innovative solutions focusing on loss mitigation, customer service and performance excellence. Frank is licensed in Ohio and admitted to practice before the US District Court (Southern District of OH). Larry Rothenberg Partner
Larry is the partner managing the foreclosure department in the Cleveland office. Cheryl is the managing attorney of the Ft. Lauderdale office, focused on real estate default services. She earned her JD from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2001, LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Miami, School of Law in 2003 and BS from the University of Buffalo in 1996. Cheryl is licensed in Florida and admitted to practice before the US District Court (Northern & Southern Districts of Florida). Bar member: American, Florida, Broward County, Dade County.

Michael Rich Managing Attorney
Mike concentrates on title work and REO closing services in the Detroit office as the manager of Thoroughbred Title Agency, an affiliate of WWR. He is licensed in the state courts of Michigan.

Arthur Smialek Associate
Art concentrates on title work and REO closings for Thoroughbred Title Agency, an affiliate of WWR. He is the supervising attorney for the Cincinnati office and the manager of the Cleveland office. Based in Cleveland, Art is a title insurance agent in Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana. He is licensed in the state courts of Ohio.

Gregory Anglewicz Associate
Greg concentrates on title work and REO closings in the Cleveland office as the supervising attorney of Thoroughbred Title Agency, an affiliate of WWR. He is licensed in the state courts of Ohio and Illinois.
