It works hand-in-hand with its affiliate, the Real Estate Defaulg Group of Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A. (WWR) and clients to simplify the delivery of title work and save time in processing clear and marketable titles to real property.
The Real Estate Default Group (REDG) at WWR combines expertise in bankruptcy, litigation, foreclosure and title services. Focused on a new way forward, the REDG provides comprehensive legal representation to mortgage lenders and servicers to help resolve non-performing assets in a reduced timeframe. By creating loss mitigation opportunities and identifying contacts to help resolve loans, or by completing foreclosures with clear and marketable titles as quickly as possible, the REDG strives to deliver solutions that leverage our ability to exceed your expectations.
TTA offers more than 100 years of combined experience with national and regional clients in all aspects of the real estate title and closing process. TTA offices are strategically located to handle closings and title insurance throughout Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and Ohio. Our staff is committed to handling each file in a timely and effective manner, striving for optimal results through exceptional customer service, effective communication and thorough tracking of each file.
TTA handles all types of transactions, including purchase and refinance for both residential and commercial properties.The Michigan office also handles construction draw loans and 1031 exchanges. Our team understands the importance of adhering to guidelines and timelines, and we are able to provide customized client reports upon request.
